About the role

  • Project Manager (Triage Manager) with strong production support triage and incident management experience. 12-month hybrid contract in Toronto, requiring ServiceNow, JIRA, and ITIL expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incident triage, prioritization & assignment. Lead major incident calls (P1/P2). Monitor queues, backlog & SLA compliance. Drive RCA & problem management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in production support triage and incident management. Key Skills: ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change), JIRA & Confluence, ITIL Processes, SLA/SLO management, P1/P2 Incident Handling.
