Responsibilities

Track and report on project KPIs and performance metrics.
Support larger strategic initiatives led by senior project leaders.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, or operations
Demonstrated experience managing projects independently across cross-functional teams
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations environments
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
