About the role
- Senior Solutions Consultant delivering client initiatives in supply chain management. Assessing needs, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs;
- Propose a solution architecture and approach;
- Demonstrate the system's capabilities.
- Evaluate operations, technology, and opportunities;
- Define the future solution architecture;
- Recommend a roadmap and approach.
- Define the optimal process and the corresponding feature set;
- Resolve critical technical limitations;
- Configure and train the client's team;
- Test business process scenarios;
- Onboard users and carry out transition activities;
- Support operations and enable customers.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities;
- Support solution upgrade and enhancement processes;
- Assist clients with integration activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- 3+ years of experience in a services industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.);
- Experience with enterprise software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES);
- Experience deploying/commissioning large-scale distribution applications;
- French and English are required for this position to perform activities outside the province of Quebec.
