About the role

  • Revenue Operations Manager leading B2B GTM analytics, forecasting, and KPI strategy at Lightspeed, a global commerce platform. Building teams and driving profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Revenue Operations function for the B2B business unit
  • Build and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team
  • Guide go-to-market teams in strategic planning, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Lead weekly performance reviews and pipeline updates, including EOM, EOQ, and EOY forecasting
  • Establish and monitor KPIs tracking GTM team health and effectiveness
  • Conduct bi-weekly deep-dive reviews of New Business and Account Management performance
  • Deliver rep-level insights and analyze pipeline trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to Weekly Business Reviews
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Analyze quota attainment and coverage and recommend IC quotas and coverage adjustments
  • Lead quarterly reforecasting with Finance and GTM leadership
  • Identify investment opportunities and cost optimization areas
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Product, Sales, Finance, Information Systems, Data, Marketing, and GTM leaders
  • Execute strategic initiatives aligned with company OKRs and revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, technology, or operations
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a hybrid or remote environment
  • 6+ years of experience within a go-to-market environment
  • Track record of delivering strategic GTM initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes with Information Systems, Data, Finance, GTM, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Strong experience leading budget and forecasting processes
  • Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience establishing and managing KPIs across the customer journey
  • Fluency in English as a working language
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, hybrid, and rapidly evolving environment
