About the role

  • Revenue Operations leader scaling Spellbook’s AI contract platform through forecasting, GTM systems, and pipeline operations. Building the operating model and team for high-growth B2B revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating model for the lead-to-closed-won revenue engine
  • Set direction on segmentation, coverage, territories, capacity, pipeline generation, and sales productivity
  • Build and manage the pipeline operating system
  • Establish a rigorous revenue forecasting process covering pipeline creation, coverage, stage conversion, velocity, quality, and source performance
  • Identify revenue gaps early and determine actions with GTM leaders to close them
  • Shape the operating model for the usage-based commercial motion
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance on usage-informed pipeline, forecasting, customer expansion, and sales execution
  • Establish an operating cadence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Run pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, business reviews, and performance management
  • Ensure a clean commercial handoff from closed-won into the customer lifecycle
  • Own the architecture and evolution of GTM systems, including CRM, sales engagement, forecasting, compensation, routing, enrichment, and reporting
  • Establish a single source of truth for GTM performance, metrics, data standards, and reporting
  • Build and lead the GTM Operations team across Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Systems
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Data to translate strategy into a GTM operating model
  • Partner closely with the VP of Finance while operating as a company-wide leader

Requirements

  • Led RevOps, GTM Ops, or a comparable function at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Meaningful ownership across Sales Operations, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM systems
  • Experience working directly with senior Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Experience building or materially improving revenue operating efficiency frameworks
  • Experience leading GTM systems or process transformation
  • Experience building and developing a high-performing operations team across multiple GTM functions
  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles in B2B software
  • Deep fluency in pipeline generation, coverage, conversion, velocity, win rates, sales capacity, quota, territories, ramp, productivity, CAC, and forecasting
  • Strong strategic operating ability
  • Exceptional analytical ability and ability to work from imperfect data
  • Understanding of CRM, sales engagement, forecasting, compensation, enrichment, routing, and reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and business partnership skills
  • Experience using automation and AI to improve GTM productivity, data quality, or decision-making is a strong plus
  • Legal tech or legal industry exposure is a nice to have
  • Experience with enterprise procurement and security-heavy sales cycles is a nice to have
  • Audit readiness or pre-IPO experience is a nice to have
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure cost management and usage-based billing is a nice to have
  • Must be legally able to work and reside in Canada or the US at the time of application
