Senior Solutions Consultant working at Loopio to manage integrations in the sales process. Collaborating with various teams to ensure feasibility and success of implementations post-sale.
Responsibilities
Meet with prospective customers to scope integration requirements (CRM, SSO, APIs) and understand technical environments.
Provide advisory support to new customers during early-stage implementation of integrations.
Partner with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback on emerging integration patterns.
Validate integration feasibility early, identifying risks and recommended approaches to support deal progression.
Deliver integration-focused demos and technical walkthroughs aligned to customer use cases.
Support complex trials where integrations are a key component.
Ensure alignment between pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation.
Act as a point of collaboration with Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
Enable and support the broader Solutions Consulting team by sharing knowledge on integration scenarios.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role or comparable technical environment, including solution consulting, technical sales, or implementations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Experience working with integrations such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), SSO (SAML, Okta, Google SSO), and APIs.
Ability to scope, assess, and communicate integration requirements in a clear and structured way.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous technical scenarios.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting technical validation activities such as proof-of-concepts, pilots, or trials.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent opportunities.
Collaboration and teamwork skills, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
