Responsibilities
- Lead and Grow High-Performing Mobile Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers across native iOS, native Android, Mobile Backend, and Mobile Quality Engineering
- Own end-to-end delivery for mobile initiatives—from planning through execution, release, and ongoing support
- Provide Strong Technical Leadership

- Reinforce Strong Agile Practices
Requirements
- 3+ years Mobile Engineering Background and leading teams
- Prior hands-on experience as a mobile engineer (iOS, Android, or both)
- Working knowledge of SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
- Experience shipping native apps via App Store Connect and Google Play Console
- Familiarity with mobile backend integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile observability tools such as New Relic
- Experience leading mobile engineering teams across multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to plan, commit, and deliver against sprint and PI objectives
- Strong collaborator with Product, UX, Operations, and Platform teams
