Responsibilities

Lead and Grow High-Performing Mobile Teams
Lead, coach, and develop engineers across native iOS, native Android, Mobile Backend, and Mobile Quality Engineering
Own end-to-end delivery for mobile initiatives—from planning through execution, release, and ongoing support
Provide Strong Technical Leadership
Drive Stability, Performance, and Quality
Partner on Customer Journeys and Outcomes
Reinforce Strong Agile Practices

3+ years Mobile Engineering Background and leading teams
Prior hands-on experience as a mobile engineer (iOS, Android, or both)
Working knowledge of SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
Experience shipping native apps via App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Familiarity with mobile backend integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile observability tools such as New Relic
Experience leading mobile engineering teams across multiple initiatives
Demonstrated ability to plan, commit, and deliver against sprint and PI objectives
Strong collaborator with Product, UX, Operations, and Platform teams
