Requirements

- Sound knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, disability insurance and medical terminology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confirmed ability to make meaningful decisions efficiently and optimally under tight deadlines
- Comfortable and skilled in handling both incoming and outgoing calls
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- A valid driver’s license for travel to various locations
