About the role
- Bilingual Functional Rehabilitation Specialist at Manulife assisting clients in rehabilitation. Develops goal-oriented strategies and manages relationships with plan stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and implement rehabilitation strategies for plan members
- Develop positive relationships with plan sponsors, treatment providers, and internal partners

- Demonstrate resiliency and compassion when communicating with plan members
Requirements
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- A post-secondary diploma, CEGEP (DEC or DEP) or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare program
- Sound knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, disability insurance and medical terminology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confirmed ability to make meaningful decisions efficiently and optimally under tight deadlines
- Comfortable and skilled in handling both incoming and outgoing calls
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- A valid driver’s license for travel to various locations
