- Ensure alignment to engineering guidelines, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and maintenance.
- Review code and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize work based on impact, business value, and organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead the incident management process, including triage, prioritization, and resolution.
- Communicate clearly with partners throughout incident resolution.
- Oversee root-cause analysis for major incidents and drive preventative actions.

Requirements
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams
