Responsibilities
- Supervise task prioritization and assignment within the team.
- Oversee sprint ceremonies (Review, Retro, Planning) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Establish work standards and motivate the team through engaging leadership.
- Ensure the team’s work is aligned with stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Propose and encourage innovative ideas to modernize processes and the codebase.
- Advise senior management on the strategic alignment of software projects.
- Ensure software meets high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare analyses and proposals to support sales and project planning.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and annual performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support growth and innovation.
Requirements
- University degree, technical diploma in computer science, or other relevant academic qualification
- 10 years of significant experience in software development and/or related relevant experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in front-end technologies (Vue.js / C# WinForms) and back-end (C#)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Pinia, and SQL Server databases
- Experience in a DevOps environment and with version control tools (Git)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD
- Ability to work with APIs (REST, flat files)
