Responsibilities

Supervise task prioritization and assignment within the team.
Oversee sprint ceremonies (Review, Retro, Planning) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
Establish work standards and motivate the team through engaging leadership.
Ensure the team’s work is aligned with stakeholder needs and expectations.
Propose and encourage innovative ideas to modernize processes and the codebase.
Advise senior management on the strategic alignment of software projects.
Ensure software meets high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Prepare analyses and proposals to support sales and project planning.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and annual performance reviews.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support growth and innovation.

University degree, technical diploma in computer science, or other relevant academic qualification
10 years of significant experience in software development and/or related relevant experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities
Fluent in French, both spoken and written
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Proficient in front-end technologies (Vue.js / C# WinForms) and back-end (C#)
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Pinia, and SQL Server databases
Experience in a DevOps environment and with version control tools (Git)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD
Ability to work with APIs (REST, flat files)
