Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for the Amazon US account, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and monthly performance reporting against targets
  • Develop and execute account-level growth strategy across the catalog, including product prioritization, launch support, and promotional planning (Prime Day, seasonal events)
  • Manage all PPC campaigns end-to-end: campaign structure, bid strategy, budget pacing, audience testing, and ACoS/TACoS optimization
  • Design and run incrementality tests (holdout groups, geo or time-based lift tests, or platform-native tools) to isolate the true incremental impact of PPC and promotions from baseline organic demand
  • Lead pricing strategy, including pricing architecture (pack sizes, bundles, price-per-unit ladders, MAP/discount structure), price testing, demand elasticity analysis, competitive positioning, and margin-impact analysis
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and search query performance analysis to inform both paid and organic strategy
  • Monitor and grow market share within key categories using Helium 10 , Amazon Brand Analytics , and Search Query Performance data
  • Drive listing optimization (titles, bullets, A+ content, imagery direction) based on conversion data and competitive benchmarks
  • Analyze category, competitor, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and defend against threats
  • Collaborate with the catalog, logistics, creative, and data analytics teams to align execution with account strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts
  • Proven experience owning and being accountable to a full Amazon P&L. This is non-negotiable: catalog management alone or running PPC in isolation doesn't qualify. We're looking for someone who has carried 100% ownership of an Amazon Profit & Loss statement and answered for the results
  • Familiar with Helium 10 , Amazon Brand Analytics , and Search Query Performance data, and ideally My Real Profit or a similar profit analytics tool
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfortable with margin math, demand elasticity, forecasting, and the trade-offs between growth and profitability
  • A proactive communicator who thrives in a mostly written environment (Slack, email) and keeps leadership informed without being chased
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and steady under pressure, with an even balance of collaborative and independent work (roughly a 50/50 split)
  • Genuine commitment to the craft. This role rewards someone who loves this work, takes full accountability for their division's growth, and wants to be compensated well for delivering A plus, not a dealbreaker: experience in the US marketplace specifically within supplements

Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation discussed individually based on experience and location
  • Back-office support from Mint Source for payroll, onboarding, and HR
  • Full ownership of a division, with a direct line to the CEO and COO
  • A remote-first role with clear goals, real accountability, and rewards tied to performance
  • International exposure with a fast-growing consumer brand
