Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions with healthcare professionals to communicate product and therapeutic information.

Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
5–7 years of sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in CNS or ADHD therapeutic areas is preferred but not essential.
Valid driver’s license.
CCPE Basic Accreditation (preferred or to be obtained).
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute territory plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals.
Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
