Health Solutions Consultant engaging with healthcare professionals and promoting products in Canada. Focused on achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-person, virtual and telephone meetings with a targeted group of physicians and healthcare professionals to share relevant information about the company and its products, enabling providers to make informed decisions for their patients.
Plan, develop and/or implement educational and promotional programs tailored to client needs to provide balanced information on therapeutic areas and product-specific requirements.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual and telephone interactions, seeking to understand their needs and identify partnership opportunities or value-added services for their practices.
Complete territory-related administrative tasks in a timely manner to meet internal requirements and objectives (daily CRM visit entries, weekly expense reports, etc.).
Develop and execute an annual business plan to identify potential commercial opportunities within the territory and ensure corporate objectives are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (science, business, or equivalent)
2 to 5 years of sales experience
At least 3 years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Valid driver's license
CCPE–CFPC basic accreditation
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess, develop and implement territory-level business plans
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues in commercial activities
Proven ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and delivering value at every interaction
Commitment to fostering a cohesive team environment and proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partners
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and essential organizational skills to handle the complexity and demands of the role
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel
