About the role

  • Creative Strategist translating Meta and Google ad performance into briefs, testing roadmaps, and UGC scripts. Supporting luxury and premium DTC brands at fully remote MVR Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily
  • Identify fatigued hooks, attention-holding formats, and saturating audiences
  • Translate performance signals into structured creative briefs covering segment, message, hook type, format, reference, and success metric
  • Build and prioritize a creative testing roadmap with media buyers
  • Form specific, falsifiable creative hypotheses
  • Brief designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators
  • Manage creative brief execution and oversee external creative partners
  • Maintain a tagged creative asset library
  • Track UGC and short-form trends across TikTok and Instagram
  • Adapt winning formats to client brands and offers before they fatigue
  • Iterate on UGC concepts using performance data
  • Tighten hooks, test new openers, and provide recutting/pacing direction to editors
  • Write natural-sounding 15–30 second UGC-style scripts using hook, problem, proof, and CTA structures

Requirements

  • 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role (media buying, copywriting, or brand marketing with a strong performance bent)
  • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards
  • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
  • Luxury or premium brand experience is a differentiator, not a requirement
  • Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts and external creative partners simultaneously
  • Strong written communication
  • Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience, ideally with a portfolio or examples of scripts that turned into produced ads
  • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
  • Comfortable reading hook-rate and hold-rate curves
  • Candidates should have recent, hands-on UGC scripting experience
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative research or tagging tools is nice to have
  • Basic working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools is nice to have
