About the role

Responsibilities
- Own a product ecosystem that spans it all . CRM, marketplace, admin dashboard, mobile apps.
- Keep your finger on the pulse . You'll know how agents and brokerages are performing on the platform before anyone else does.
- Stay obsessively close to users. Buyers, sellers, agents, brokerage owners.
- Dig into the data. You don't wait for someone to pull a report.
- Find what we're missing . You'll identify the gaps, the opportunities, and the next big thing before it becomes obvious to everyone else
- Bring AI into everything. You'll think about where intelligence can be embedded into the product to make the marketplace smarter, faster, and more valuable for everyone on the platform
- Set the context that unlocks great decisions . You're the person who knows the why behind what the team is building, and you make sure that clarity travels
Requirements
- Experience shipping products in a startup or high growth environment
- A technical background, whether that's a CS degree, years of engineering experience, or a portfolio of things you've built yourself
- The ability to own a system end to end. You can design it, understand how it's built, deploy it, and know when something is wrong before anyone else does
- Familiarity with data. SQL, product analytics, whatever it takes to answer a hard question without waiting for help
- Hands on experience building or deploying AI powered products
- Bonus: experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace businesses
- Bonus: experience working across CRM, mobile, or admin platform products.
