- Product Manager developing a product strategy for Nasdaq's data technologies. Collaborating with teams to drive adoption of Workforce Management capabilities with analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of Nasdaq Verafin’s Workforce Management capabilities across development and product management teams
- Identify high value use cases and business problems that can be addressed through our data technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, data science) to align product capabilities with market needs
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and capabilities based on market demands and business objectives
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and insights to inform product development
Requirements
- A strong understanding of data technologies, architectures, and analytics solutions
- A proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP) is nice to have
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated financial services industries is nice to have
- Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures is nice to have
