About the role

  • Product Analyst at nesto bridging business intent and technical requirements in mortgage technology. Developing user stories, interface prototypes, and enhancing user experiences in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation by transforming stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements.
  • Own the interface by creating customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes defining the user experience before development.
  • Work side-by-side with front-end and back-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless execution of new features.
  • Build close relationships with clients to gather requirements, analyze user behavior, and champion product improvements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills to investigate system behavior and navigate databases independently.
  • Ability to take vague business requests and distill into structured technical requirements that engineers can execute.
  • Understanding of how changes in the platform can affect the entire ecosystem, with meticulous documentation of dependencies.
