Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by transforming stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements
- Own the interface by creating customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Use SQL queries to investigate system behaviour, navigate databases, and resolve reported issues
- Work side-by-side with front-end and back-end developers to ensure technical feasibility of new features
- Build close relationships with clients to gather requirements and champion product improvements
- Implement system changes and configurations to tailor lending solutions to partners' business needs
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, statistics, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, maintaining tight feedback loops between internal and external stakeholders
- Natural "owner" mindset with the initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas from concept to completion
- Proficient in SQL to investigate system behavior and navigate databases independently
- Ability to distill vague business requests into structured technical requirements
