About the role

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end outcomes across a defined product group.
- Translate company strategy into clear priorities, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Own and improve product KPIs such as: Platform adoption, Automation rate, Revenue impact, Cost-to-serve reduction, User productivity & experience, SLA/SLO.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers into outcome-driven leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management.
- 3+ years managing Product Managers.
- B2B SaaS experience; fintech or regulated environment preferred.
- Strong business acumen and track record of measurable impact.
