Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript, the React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus), and modern state management libraries.
- Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
- Experience optimizing and monitoring frontend performance.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
- Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks.
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with experience in a leadership or influential role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineers at all levels.
- Commitment to writing high-quality code and continuously improving projects.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and Agile development processes.
- Passion for software development, with a track record of continuous learning and growth.
