About the role
- UX/UI Designer internship with NetApp's Keystone team shaping user experiences for cloud storage solutions. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Create end to end UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Translate complex technical requirements into simple, elegant, user centered designs for enterprise applications across web and cloud platforms.
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual excellence by adhering to and contributing to our design systems.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other UX professionals across Company.
- Influence day to day design decisions and guide discussions to ensure user needs stay at the center of product development.
- Drive alignment on design direction through clear storytelling, strong communication, and evidence based recommendations.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, internal ML models, Figma Make, RPA, etc.) to accelerate prototyping, improve design quality, conduct rapid exploration, and scale impact.
- Quantify benefits from AI usage, such as reduced design cycle time, improved usability scores, fewer customer reported issues, or enhanced design consistency.
- Apply AI governance principles including prompt strategy, data security, bias awareness, and validation of AI generated outputs.
