About the role

  • Senior demand generation manager driving integrated campaigns and ABM for NetBox Labs, which builds open network automation products. Owning email nurture, website conversion, and measurable pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel
  • Own performance reporting for demand generation campaigns
  • Build and scale an account-based marketing program targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales
  • Develop tiered ABM account plays and cross-functional alignment
  • Own end-to-end email nurture strategy across free users, trial accounts, and enterprise prospects
  • Improve email conversion through testing and segmentation
  • Partner with marketing colleagues on organic social media strategy, especially LinkedIn and channels relevant to technical and buyer audiences
  • Manage website updates, campaign landing pages, and conversion optimization projects with agency partners
  • Coordinate with design, product marketing, and marketing teams to deliver website work on time
  • Partner with Product Marketing on campaign messaging and asset development
  • Track, report, and iterate on programs, with accountability for pipeline contribution
  • Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a SaaS or engineer-focused company
  • Proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline
  • Hands-on ABM experience
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong command of marketing automation (HubSpot, Claude Code, or equivalent) and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Comfortable pulling and interpreting data and making decisions from it
  • Experience managing website projects cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams
  • Strong written communication skills, including writing web copy and communicating clearly internally
  • Able to manage multiple programs simultaneously without dropping quality
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to technical audiences such as network engineers, IT operations, and infrastructure teams
  • Bonus: Familiarity with open-source communities or product-led growth motions
  • Bonus: Experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools to accelerate campaign development or automate systems and processes
