About the role

  • Administrative Agent responsible for client transactions in group life and disability insurance. Supporting document management and data entry for effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Upload documents to member files
  • Enter data into member files
  • Generate barcodes to catalog documents
  • Perform all other tasks related to sorting information relevant to members
  • Critical evaluation of received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
  • Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve
  • Navigate through our various tools and validate the feasibility of the transaction
  • Assist and carry out special projects as requested by a direct supervisor or team leader.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • User experience with good working knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Good typing speed (speed and accuracy)
  • Strong, clear and effective English and French written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of English language to analyze documentation and bilingual files.
