Responsibilities
Produce high-performing video ads tailored for a range of digital channels, including social platforms and adult networks
Own the full post-production cycle, ensuring videos are visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and optimized for performance
Translate campaign goals and performance insights into creative concepts and storyboards
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align video output with campaign objectives and data-driven insights
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics, maintaining both speed and quality
Integrate generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and similar technologies) into the creative workflow
Adapt video content for different formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
Continuously refine creative output based on performance indicators and audience behavior
Ensure all produced content aligns with platform guidelines and internal brand standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio focused on paid advertising content
Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound in performance-oriented creatives
Hands-on experience incorporating generative AI tools into video production workflows
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
Strong familiarity with trends in adult or NSFW advertising, including short-form and high-conversion formats
Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPM, ROAS) and how creative impacts them
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with full professional fluency in English
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to balance speed, execution, and strategic thinking in a fast-moving environment
