- Contribute directly to Chloe’s Retention Intelligence Layer, helping transform fragmented data into clear insights and actions for studio owners.
- Build and ship features across NexScale’s SaaS platform
- Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Contribute to operator-facing dashboards and insights
- Support integrations with CRM and studio management platforms
- Implement AI-driven workflows, recommendations, and automations
- Work with agentic patterns: triggers, decision logic, and feedback loops
- Embed AI into real product experiences—not demos or experiments
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments
- Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
- Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Prior industry experience in software engineering (internships, co-ops, startups, or applied research)
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, FastAPI)
- Solid foundation in AI / LLM concepts
- Fluent in using AI-assisted development tools responsibly
- Eligible for Canadian internship grant programs (graduated not more than 2 years ago from a Canadian university)
- Strong communication skills, attention to details and coachability
