Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap
- Analyze risks and develop contingency plans
- Identify and communicate backlog of work with key stakeholders
- Guide stakeholders in priorities based on business needs
- Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods
- Maintain and iterate on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar
- Lead projects and develop processes to measure and improve performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience identifying and managing project dependencies
- Experience maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones
- Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work across global constituencies
