- Act as the primary communication interface between internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners, providing clear project reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote an AI-first mindset by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, data insights, and AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency, decision-making, and client outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by providing coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing support, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and accountable to delivery outcomes.
