About the role

  • Product Analyst leveraging data to define success metrics and optimize business impact for a leading MLS platform in North America. Collaborates closely with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and establish the analytics strategy across initiatives within the ecosystem
  • Define clear success metrics and measure usage, usability, adoption, and business impact post-launch
  • Translate product vision and business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to validate scope and ensure alignment
  • Create and maintain clear documentation across the full SDLC

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Analysis
  • Proven ability to define and lead analytics initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading discovery and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and SDLC
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in French and/or English languages
