Requirements
- 3+ years in functional programming
- Production experience in Scala and/or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Linux, Nix, or NixOS
- Strong fundamentals: data modeling, APIs, testing
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable in a remote team
- Nice to Have: Distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or workflow engines
- Nice to Have: DAML, smart contracts, or ledger-based systems
- Nice to Have: Enterprise or regulated environment experience
