About the role

  • Front End Developer Student responsible for gathering requirements and developing user-facing features in an agile team. Collaborating with the development team for efficient, reusable code development.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from lab team.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Develop user-facing features and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Execute unit tests to ensure consistency across devices and browsers.
  • Identify potential solution risks/issues and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sound interest in designing and developing user interfaces and Single Page Apps
  • Understanding of coding/development
  • Working knowledge of different programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, React/Vue.js, RESTful API)
  • Strong communication skills to support technology and operations partners
  • The passion and eager to learn, and high attention to detail, strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a demanding environment.
  • Work collaboratively within an agile environment
