About the role
- Technical Project Manager delivering complex automation projects for OneReach.ai’s enterprise AI orchestration platform. Managing client relationships, technical plans, roadmaps, risks, and delivery across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Align projects with customer goals and organizational priorities
- Build expertise in OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related Voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code technologies
- Develop and maintain account roadmaps
- Provide visibility, accountability, and progress reporting across stakeholders
- Gather, validate, and communicate technical and business requirements to implementation teams
- Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, scope, and resources
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Facilitate design sessions, progress reviews, and key decision meetings
- Represent OneReach.ai during onsite customer and partner meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience producing status reports, risk logs, and delivery dashboards
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures
- Experience translating operational or customer requirements into technical plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Independent contractor/B2B arrangement
- Registered as self-employed in Canada, or eligible to register as self-employed if needed
