- Technical Project Manager delivering enterprise automation projects for OneReach.ai’s AI orchestration platform. Coordinating customers, technical teams, budgets, timelines, and solution documentation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations
- Translate customer needs clearly to the solutions delivery team
- Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform
- Develop pre-sales demonstrations
- Maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities
- Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
- Consolidate product information from various sources into technical documentation and proposals
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily project activities across multiple projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in client-facing management roles, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership
- 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance
- Track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proven experience managing time frames and budgets
- Experience in project management within modern software environments, including technical project oversight
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Nice to have: knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Nice to have: familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions
- Nice to have: previous exposure to B2B SaaS products
- Must be registered as self-employed in Canada or eligible to register as self-employed if needed
