About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing video product strategy and development at Riedel Communications. Collaborating with international teams to drive competitive product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Riedel's ST 2110 video products (end customers and OEMs)
  • Lead development of new products related to WAN solutions and live production
  • Work closely with international teams (sales, R&D, marketing, and customers) to translate market intelligence into competitive product offerings
  • Serve as a product expert, both internally and externally, to support launches, sales, and customer engagement
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including pricing, performance tracking, and end-of-life planning
  • Support video sales and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key customers to align product direction and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Degree in electronic or software engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management within a software or hardware manufacturing environment, with an international customer base
  • Experience with agile development, NPI, and product lifecycle management
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and customer relationship management
  • Deep knowledge of ST 2110 infrastructures and live video production workflows
  • Knowledge of WAN solutions and remote production workflows
  • Familiarity with Stage Gate processes and pricing strategy development
  • Understanding of video/audio technologies and broadcast industry standards
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused approach and strong internal collaboration skills
  • French: functional (desirable for integration with the local team)
  • English: fluent (required for international collaboration and customer interactions)
