Partner closely with delivery teams to explore solution options
Monitor product performance and customer outcomes
Contribute to ongoing evolution of product governance and practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience contributing to product strategy, discovery, planning, and execution for a business-to-consumer product
Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities
High fluency with analytics and product metrics
Experience managing products with multiple technical dependencies, stakeholder groups, and user types
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions
Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action
Empathy for patients, providers, and care teams
Curiosity and willingness to develop deep domain expertise in diabetes care, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, and digital health
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel from time to time
