About the role

  • Define and communicate product strategy and priorities
  • Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to explore solution options
  • Monitor product performance and customer outcomes
  • Contribute to ongoing evolution of product governance and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience contributing to product strategy, discovery, planning, and execution for a business-to-consumer product
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities
  • High fluency with analytics and product metrics
  • Experience managing products with multiple technical dependencies, stakeholder groups, and user types
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions
  • Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action
  • Empathy for patients, providers, and care teams
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop deep domain expertise in diabetes care, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, and digital health
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel from time to time
