About the role

Project Manager overseeing remote game production and supporting independent clients in the tabletop gaming industry. Collaborating globally with teams while enhancing client relationships and managing projects.

Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with prospective clients. Raise awareness of Panda within your geographic area and the publisher community. Consult with clients on component and production options; prepare pricing quotations.
Guide clients through the Panda production process: design verification, pre-production, mass production, shipping, and follow-up. Collaborate with our overseas team to ensure high-quality, on-time production. Track multiple projects and schedules, managing client expectations with regular updates. Anticipate potential production challenges and implement solutions proactively. Use client feedback to improve and streamline production processes.
Contribute to company-wide initiatives. Monitor industry trends to support Panda’s strategic growth and decision-making.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proven success in sales (building relationships and closing deals)
Ability to travel internationally for at least 4 weeks per year (including Canada, USA, EU, UK, Hong Kong, China, & Brazil)
Access to a private and professional remote workspace
Familiarity with online tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, etc.), and Zoom
A genuine passion for the tabletop games industry
Tabletop industry experience (paid or unpaid)
Project management experience
Fluency in additional languages besides English (preferably Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean)
Advanced knowledge of pre-press for offset printing
Exceptional communication skills with quick, clear responses
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Ability to manage high work volume with quick response times
Skilled at remote collaboration with global teams

Higher Education (University, College, or equivalent)
