- Project Manager overseeing delivery of ServiceNow projects for a leading consulting firm. Managing resources, stakeholders, and complexities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-related projects within a consulting environment
- Serve as the main liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership
- Manage and coordinate resources across regions, including visibility into who is working where
- Handle difficult stakeholders and situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
- Diffuse conflict and drive alignment so teams can focus on delivery
- Proactively address small project issues before they escalate into larger risks
- Lead project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities
- Manage peer and management-level interactions to ensure clarity and accountability
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving client needs
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Navigate cultural differences across global teams
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within consulting
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage difficult personalities and complex situations
- Excellent resource management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with distributed, global teams
- Ability to pivot quickly and maintain structure amid ambiguity
