Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Build and maintain: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows
Customize forms, lists, and UI actions following platform best practices
Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing activities
Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues
Optimize scripts and configurations for performance and scalability
Support deployments using update sets and application repositories
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos)
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases
Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures
Requirements
3–5 + years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proficient in JavaScript (server-side and client-side)
Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
Experience with Flow Designer and legacy workflow
Building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations
Knowledge of ServiceNow security model (roles, ACLs)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Mainline CIS Certifications (Certified Implementation Specialists) - (any 2 of ITSM, Data Foundations, ITOM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, VR)
