About the role
- Senior ServiceNow Developer automating cybersecurity workflows for PwC Canada's managed security services. Integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows for cybersecurity operations
- Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing platforms
- Apply CSM, ITSM, and TPSM modules to cybersecurity use cases across managed services
- Translate cybersecurity and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ISO27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST guidelines
- Design workflows for incident detection, triage, escalation, correlation, and response
- Collaborate with cyber analysts, engineers, service delivery, and leadership
- Contribute to platform roadmap and automation strategy
- Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for cyber operations performance
- Maintain platform stability through version control, change management, and upgrade planning
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Focus on CSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
- Strong scripting skills, including JavaScript and GlideScript
- Experience with REST APIs
- Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks
- Prior experience working within or supporting a managed security services (MSSP) environment
- Understanding of SLAs, multi-tenant considerations, and service delivery pressures
- Solid understanding of incident detection, response, escalation, and correlation
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed team environment
- Must be available to work in Canada locations listed for the role
- Work visa sponsorship is not available
