About the role
- Transformation Analyst supporting Grifols’ Canada self-sufficiency healthcare project. Coordinating stakeholders, project execution, financial controls, governance reporting, and monthly operations reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination of a cross-functional team to define, plan, and implement assigned sub-projects
- Establish connections with Plasma, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting Control, Facilities & Real Estate, Finance, HR, Insurance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Training, and Quality groups
- Support the Head of Canada with project and joint-venture financial control, including financial statements, cash flow, capital injections, budgeting, taxes, and operational KPIs
- Notify the Head of Canada of project risks affecting timelines, cost, resources, and other areas
- Assist with project planning and budgeting by defining execution approaches, activities, and timelines
- Prepare ad hoc reports and materials for project governing bodies
- Ensure governing-body agreements and decisions are executed effectively
- Support meeting minutes and action plans
- Prepare monthly Canada operations reports covering Manufacturing, Plasma, and Commercial
- Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress to management
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in consulting, auditing, project management, or Chief of Staff work is a plus
- Broad knowledge of plasma industry practices
- Ability to work across departments and in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to and manage ongoing changes
- Ability to present information to groups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage work to completion through others
- Effective phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English
- Approximately 25% travel availability
