About the role

  • Transformation Analyst supporting Grifols’ Canada self-sufficiency healthcare project. Coordinating stakeholders, project execution, financial controls, governance reporting, and monthly operations reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of a cross-functional team to define, plan, and implement assigned sub-projects
  • Establish connections with Plasma, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting Control, Facilities & Real Estate, Finance, HR, Insurance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Training, and Quality groups
  • Support the Head of Canada with project and joint-venture financial control, including financial statements, cash flow, capital injections, budgeting, taxes, and operational KPIs
  • Notify the Head of Canada of project risks affecting timelines, cost, resources, and other areas
  • Assist with project planning and budgeting by defining execution approaches, activities, and timelines
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and materials for project governing bodies
  • Ensure governing-body agreements and decisions are executed effectively
  • Support meeting minutes and action plans
  • Prepare monthly Canada operations reports covering Manufacturing, Plasma, and Commercial
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress to management
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in consulting, auditing, project management, or Chief of Staff work is a plus
  • Broad knowledge of plasma industry practices
  • Ability to work across departments and in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to and manage ongoing changes
  • Ability to present information to groups
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage work to completion through others
  • Effective phone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English
  • Approximately 25% travel availability
