Responsibilities
- Support validation engineering specialists
- Assist with pre- and post-calibration of thermal monitoring equipment
- Maintain calibrated status of thermal mapping equipment
- Monitor battery usage and age of wireless data loggers
- Collect samples during cleaning, testing, and validation activities
- Participate in documentation during commissioning
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability within a team environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or science program (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical, Biomedical, Biological, or Biomanufacturing Engineering or Sciences)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher required
- Experience in an FDA- or Health Canada-regulated manufacturing facility — pharmaceutical, biologics, biotech, or medical device industry is an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
