Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
Identify opportunities within an assigned customer base and present solutions virtually by upselling and cross-selling Philips Sonicare and Zoom Whitening solutions.
Manage a territory of Customers and Prospects, matching customer needs with Philips Oral Healthcare Portfolio.
Create business plans to understand the territory and set strategy and gap plans going forward.
Perform detailed virtual Lunch and Learns to introduce existing and new customers to Philips portfolio.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience
1+ years of inside sales, field sales, customer service and/or relevant clinical experience
Experience selling dental services, service agreements, consumables and/or any healthcare selling experience preferred.
Bilingual Retention Agent providing customer service and retention for Manulife. Responsible for inbound/outbound calls and sales applications in English and French.
