About the role
- Technical Account Manager advising strategic clients on Pigment’s AI-powered business-planning platform. Designing multidimensional models, conducting workspace audits, and expanding AI-assisted advisory delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and Pigment's multidimensionality concepts
- Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges
- Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling
- Build and enrich the Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules
- Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement
- Partner with Pigment's strategic clients to unlock the full value of the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform
- Design multidimensional models and advise CFOs and other client stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory
- Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite
- Builder's curiosity about AI; experience using AI tools to work smarter
- Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
- EPM modeling experience preferred
- Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases such as supply chain, SPM, or Workforce preferred
- Comfort with data analysis, data flows and connections, including SQL and APIs preferred
- Experience with AI tools/vibe coding, Claude code, MCP, solution design, and data architecture preferred
