- Lead the full development cycle of website offerings from initial stages to launch
- Execute precise on-site edits to optimize for SEO and improve design aesthetics
- Respond to client requests and collaborate with the development team on implementations
- Work with fulfillment, content, and design teams to ensure quality standards
- Monitor and maintain website tracking accuracy, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Provide ongoing support for website enhancements
- Train new team members on best practices
- Support process innovation and documentation
- Participate in small-scale product development initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in website development
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, and PHP
- Familiar with Bootstrap and Advanced Custom Fields
- Skilled in crafting responsive web designs
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communicator with solid critical thinking capabilities.
