About the role
- Product Designer involved in creating the user experience for a consumer insights product. Collaborating with engineering on the design of interfaces for B2B and consumer app with 3 million users.
Responsibilities
- Design core product experiences end-to-end.
- Craft polished, delightful interfaces.
- Sweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion.
- Help define the product roadmap and design language.
- Find creative ways to ship high-quality work.
- Be 1 of 2 designers, working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM.
Requirements
- Experience designing software products.
- Bonus if you’ve done this at a startup, or have designed AI interactions before!
- Bonus if you have experience designing enterprise-grade products.
- You design quickly and efficiently, using Figma.
- You’re a design nerd at heart.
- You actively use LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in your design workflow.
- You’re relentless in pursuing the best solution.
- You’re a full-stack designer.
- You have strong product intuition and have a knack for creating experiences that index on simplicity and clarity.
