  • Establish data quality as a product outcome, including classification coverage and accuracy, declared values, and country of origin
  • Build prevention mechanisms such as intake validation, gating, escalation, and merchant-facing data correction flows

Requirements

  • Fluency in using data to validate claims against actual outcomes
  • Experience making and managing build-versus-buy decisions
  • Strong written communication; written strategy, decision documents, and specifications are primary outputs

  • Sufficient compliance fluency to work credibly with partners, carriers, and internal experts
  • Willingness to work close to merchants, warehouse and China operations, and escalations
  • Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, finance, operations, customer success, and merchants
  • Ability to identify systemic problems from individual merchant issues

Benefits

  • Remote-first work arrangement
  • Meaningful Eastern Time overlap
  • Life-first culture focused on velocity and ownership rather than hours or visibility
