- Take full administrative and HR responsibility for the Analytics Platform (APT) team
- Work closely with the APT technical lead to realize the team's vision
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Support professional development, performance management, and team member engagement
- Act as the liaison between the Analytics Platform team and the Data Science team
- Facilitate planning, coordination, and agile rituals for data science initiatives
- Ensure alignment between analytical development and product management priorities
- Oversee resource planning, workload balancing, and project coordination
- Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery capacity
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Support the delivery of data science work through the capabilities of the analytics platform
- Promote technical excellence and the scalability of analytical solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience managing software development teams
- Experience in advanced analytics environments, data platforms, or data science
- Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams
