Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and trends in workforce behavior, performance, and engagement
Develop clear and impactful narratives using data visualizations and storytelling techniques to communicate insights to diverse audiences, from frontline managers to executive leadership
Partner with HR leaders to identify key business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations that support talent acquisition, retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and workforce development
Design and maintain intuitive, interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into HR metrics
Build and deploy predictive models to forecast workforce trends, such as attrition risk, hiring needs, and employee engagement
Liaises between HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, ensuring alignment in data definitions, reporting standards, and strategic priorities
Lead data quality by implementing rigorous validation processes
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance
Evaluate existing reporting processes and tools and recommend enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field
Minimum of five (5) years of recent, related experience in HR analytics or business intelligence, preferably within the healthcare sector
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical modeling
Strong understanding of statistical methods including regression, clustering, time-series forecasting, and machine learning techniques
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise data architecture
Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formula development
Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
