Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data, reporting, and analytics solutions
Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards to support operational performance, KPIs, and strategic decision-making
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Create and maintain data models and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility
Develop Tableau visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights in a clear and actionable way
Support ad hoc data requests, providing timely and accurate analysis to stakeholders
Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Collaborate on cross-functional projects, supporting business initiatives and data-driven strategies
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data visualization
Strong proficiency in SQL (TSQL/MySQL) and experience working with relational databases
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
Experience in data modeling and business process improvement is an asset.
