About the role

  • Project Control Officer managing SAP-enabled project finances at PwC Canada. Overseeing financial performance, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring governance throughout project workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end ‑ to ‑ end project financial controlling for SAP ‑ enabled programmes
  • Track and manage project financial performance
  • Monitor time entry submissions
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports
  • Partner with Finance, PMO, billing administrators, and delivery teams
  • Support Engagement Directors and Engagement Managers
  • Assist with billing coordination
  • Proactively identify and escalate budget overruns
  • Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams
  • Support project coordination activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a finance or related field
  • Ability to work with budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial variance analysis
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to analyse financial data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Must be based in Québec, have 5+ years of residency in Canada, and be eligible for Government security clearance
  • Fluency in English, in addition to French, is required
