- Valuations Senior Manager leading business valuation processes for acquisitions and financial reporting at PwC Canada. Advising business owners and managing valuation teams while producing high-quality reports.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in determining the value of businesses for acquisitions and sales
- Advise business owners and supervise team members
- Produce valuation reports that meet the highest industry standards
- Provide valuation reports for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial reporting, taxation, corporate planning, corporate governance, and shareholders’ disputes
- Help boards and management reach informed decisions
- Establish credibility with existing clients
- Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development
- Manage Valuations teams, coaching and supporting team development
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree
- A Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation or completed Accounting or Financial Designation
- Extensive expertise in financial modelling
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
- Proven ability to manage project workflows and deliver on time
- Experienced at preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Experience as a team leader: supervising diverse teams
- Willingness to travel when required
- Fluency in English and French
